Booking Agent
We are looking for a booking agent, dynamic and proactive, to carry out the switchboard of our beach house.
He will be responsible for managing all the reserves of the center, optimizing the occupation of the hammocks, among other activities such as:

- Management of reservations via email and telephone.
- Management of incoming calls, referring to the corresponding department or managing the client's order.
- Control the loyalty segments.
- Regulate the flow of reserves.
- Derive the requests of groups that can enter through its channel to the Sales and Events department.
- Maintain updated information that is disclosed in the premises with respect to promotions and services.

Pool Master
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pool Master that oversees the pool department of our beach house, while motivating your team to offer extraordinary experiences for our clients.
He is responsible for supervising the operations of the department, including: service of food and drinks to the hammocks, customer service, organization of the team in charge, optimization of occupation of the hammocks, among others:

- Organize the staff under your charge. Distribute tasks to your team to cover all the needs of the day.
- Control the work area and supervise every detail of the department.
- Receive and assign hammocks to customers taking into account the needs and preferences of each.
- Check that the pool regulations are complied with to safeguard the safety of customers and their equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the center's service standards.
- Keep control of the hammock accounts, solving the possible incidents of the day.

Waiter Assistant
We are looking for a Waiter Assistant, dynamic and proactive, who joins the restaurant department of our beach house.
He is responsible for assisting the waiter in the preparation and service of food and drinks in the establishment. It is a key position, which guarantees the speed of deliveries in the departments, among others:
• It is responsible for replacing glassware, crockery, cutlery, and linen so that the sideboards are always arranged with the necessary utensils.
• Is responsible for the preparation of tables, their organization, the correct arrangement of chairs and the preparation of all table service.
• Collaborate with the waiter in some processes of customer service and attention; Marking, wine service, etc.
• Cleans tables and is responsible for collecting the dining room and transporting the material to the cleaning process.
• You must know how to handle the tray with ease.

We are looking for a Cashier, dynamic and proactive, that is incorporated into the restaurant department of our beach house.
Is responsible for making the collection of all products that customers have purchased or consumed in the establishment, among others:
• Does the daily overture (or shift) of the box.
• It charges the services and / or products, using the terminals (POS) of the company.
• Carry out the collections making the administrative management that corresponds in each case, depending on whether it is cash, credit card, etc.
• Makes the daily closing (or shift) of the establishment's cashier and settlement.

We are looking for a Chef, dynamic and proactive, who joins the kitchen department of our beach house.
It is responsible for handling, preparing, preserving and presenting all kinds of food according to the gastronomic offer, applying the safety and hygiene standards required at all times, among others:
• It deals with the supply of raw materials to meet the demands of the gastronomic offer.
• Determines the quality of the necessary raw materials.
• It performs the reception and storage of the goods and checks their quality and quantity.
• Controls the consumption of the food and beverages used, in order to determine the costs.
• Prepare and present the dishes.

We are looking for a Head of Departure, dynamic and proactive, that supports the kitchen department of our beach house, while motivating your team to offer extraordinary experiences for our clients.
He is responsible for the planning, organization and supervision of the departure or section of the kitchen under his charge, among others:

• Prepare and season dishes of your departure and supervise its finish (degree of cooking, seasoning, temperature ...) and presentation.
• Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area for your departure and ensure the perfect state of tooling and facilities.
• Coordinate the work of the personnel in charge (cooks, pinches, etc.), distributing it according to the volume of work.

He is responsible for organizing, directing and controlling the point of sale or area of food and beverages assigned to him, promotes the sale of the different offers and supervises the hygiene and quantitative and qualitative presentation of the products, among others:

• Start-up of the restaurant's daily operations
