Booking Agent
We are looking for a booking agent, dynamic and proactive, to carry out the switchboard of our beach house.
He will be responsible for managing all the reserves of the center, optimizing the occupation of the hammocks, among other activities such as:

- Management of reservations via email and telephone.
- Management of incoming calls, referring to the corresponding department or managing the client's order.
- Control the loyalty segments.
- Regulate the flow of reserves.
- Derive the requests of groups that can enter through its channel to the Sales and Events department.
- Maintain updated information that is disclosed in the premises with respect to promotions and services.

Requirements:
Middle Level Formative Cycle (s): Services in restoration.
Office courses and reservation systems.

Control of the Office package.
Prior experience in similar positions is valued (Reception of hotels, travel agencies, etc.)

Pool Master
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pool Master that oversees the pool department of our beach house, while motivating your team to offer extraordinary experiences for our clients.
He is responsible for supervising the operations of the department, including: service of food and drinks to the hammocks, customer service, organization of the team in charge, optimization of occupation of the hammocks, among others:

- Organize the staff under your charge. Distribute tasks to your team to cover all the needs of the day.
- Control the work area and supervise every detail of the department.
- Receive and assign hammocks to customers taking into account the needs and preferences of each.
- Check that the pool regulations are complied with to safeguard the safety of customers and their equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the center's service standards.
- Keep control of the hammock accounts, solving the possible incidents of the day.

Requirements:
Certificate of Hotel and Tourism Professionalism: Restaurant services.
Middle Level Formative Cycle (s): Services in restoration.

Languages: English B2 or higher, other languages are valued.
Experience of at least 3 years as Sector Chief.

Financial Controller/Auditor
Palma de Mallorca

UMAMI GROUP (avant-garde beach club, catering and management) is initiating an expansion process with the opening of UM BEACH HOUSE PORTALS and is looking to incorporate a controller/auditor. If you want to be “A Player” and be part of the UM TEAM, this is your opportunity. The role requires:

• Checking of cash closures. Cash audits, as well as the supervision and control of compliance with internal procedures.
• Accounting and taxation management. Preparation of taxes and accounting (external advisory support).
• Carrying out of follow up processes and control of the reliability of accounting processes and compliance with accounting regulations.
• Accounting and management of bank transfers.
• Management of clients and suppliers. Accounting, controlling of accounts, preparation of payments for purchases and following up of transactions.
• Management and checking of the closing of inventory including monthly inventory audits. Cost ratios, analysis and possible deviations.
• Purchasing supervisor.
• Support and training for all departments in terms of areas relating to cash flow and billing.
• HR management (external advisory support).
• Other skills relating to the position.
• Reporting directly to the Financial Director.
Required for the role:

Degree in Administration in Business Management or similar.
At least 3 years of experience.
Knowledge of NAV ERP, accounting, auditing, Microsoft Excel.
B2 level of English or higher.
High level and fluency of Spanish.
Be a proactive person, driven and to work well independently, capable of organising and planning.
Number of staff responsible for: 1.
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Permanent seasonal contract (once the probation period has been completed).
Full time.
