We all love to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine, the perfect spot for you to retreat and relax. Double cushioned sunbed available for 2 guests. Please note that the minimum spend must be spent on food and beverage on the day of the reservation.

Friday to Sunday 150€ per sunbed
+ 300€ minimum spend per sunbed

Please Note:
- All bookings will be held until 13:00. In the case of delay please let our front desk know, if not your booking will be considered ‘No Show’ and will be cancelled. (Please check our cancellation policy below)
- Children under the age of 16, will not be able to access the sun-bed and pool area.
- For safety & hygiene reasons, pets will not be aloud in the sun-bed area.
- In case of any changes on your booking, please contact us prior your arrival as we will need to confirm if these can be made.
- All our sun-beds are pre-assigned and we do not book specific sunbeds, if you have any disabilities, let us know in order to accommodate your needs in the best manner.
- Our venue has it’s own F&B outlets and does not accept food or drinks from outside the premises.
- Let us know if you would like to make a booking for the restaurant when entering the premises.
- If you are booking for a group on separate payments, please make sure to let us know prior to your arrival.
- UM Beach House, does not engage in facilitating taxi bookings for guest. This decision is to mitigate the potential liabilities and responsibilities associated with external transportation services, including delays, accidents and other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation or modification 72 hours prior to arrival, the reservation will be not subject to a cancellation fee.
- In the event of cancellation or modification within 72 hours prior to arrival , the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 100% of total amount.
- In the event of ‘No Show’, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 100% of total amount.
- In the event RAIN, you will be able to change your booking for another date. (Subject to availability)
